At the beginning of the year Euan Macpherson (the author) came to me and asked me to re-draw some poor quality illustrations which had been published in a newspaper over 100 years ago, he needed these drawing for the publication of the above book as the scenes in the illustrations were a vital part of the story, after some discussion I was very pleased to accept the challenge.

After completing the illustrations, I was very pleased to realize that all 3 of my illustrations were to be used in the final publication.

This was an important step in promoting my work and I thank Euan Macpherson for giving me the opportunity to do the illustrations.
